What the membership does not cover
We would rather be blunt about this than have it come up when the invoice does. The 20% applies to standard residential house cleaning only.

How the billing works
$29.99 is charged monthly and the discount applies to every standard clean you book while it is active. Cleaning is paid for after each visit, as it always has been — the membership is separate from what the clean costs.
Cancel whenever you like, with no fee and no notice period. The month you have paid for runs to the end, and the discount runs with it.
Cleaning on a schedule
You do not need the membership to book us regularly, and a regular slot is worth having either way — a home cleaned every fortnight takes less work than one cleaned twice a year, and we get to know where things live. Most members book weekly or every two weeks, which is also where the membership pays back fastest.
Most homes start with a deep clean so the regular visits begin from a proper baseline, then settle into standard house cleaning. Prefer to try us first? Book a one-time cleaning and decide after.
