Move-out cleaning prices

These are starting prices. Condition matters more here than size does — an empty two-bedroom left spotless and an empty two-bedroom after five years of tenants are not the same job — so tell us roughly what state the property is in and we will confirm the price before we start.

Staying put but want the same depth? Book a deep clean. Moving into somewhere you will live in long term? Many customers follow the move-in clean with a recurring plan. If the property was built before 1978, the EPA’s lead guidance is worth knowing before any surface gets sanded or scraped.
