How much does cleaning cost?
Standard homes are priced by size: $110 for a studio or one bedroom, $140 for two, $170 for three, and from $200 for four or more, each covering the hours that size normally takes. Deep cleans start at $180, move-outs at $220, and offices at $120. Everything is listed on the pricing page.
Do you charge by the hour?
Not as a meter. The price is set by the size of your home and covers the hours that size normally needs — 1.5 hours for a studio or one bedroom, 2 for two or three bedrooms, 3 for four or more. If your home needs longer, we tell you when we arrive and agree it before we start. Extra time is $79.99 an hour, $63.99 with the membership.
Do you offer carpet cleaning or window washing?
We do not offer carpet cleaning or exterior window washing. Interior windows are available as a paid add-on at $40–70.
Can you come the same day?
Often, yes, if you call before noon. Our hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Same-day slots go quickly.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many customers let us in and go to work. We are fully insured, and you can give us access however you are comfortable. You get before and after photos by text either way, so you can see what changed.
Will I see what was done?
Yes. We text you before and after photos of every visit — we call it SparkleCheck. Most customers are at work when we clean, so it means you come home already knowing what changed.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes, everything. If you would rather we use your products, leave them out and mention it when you book. We also offer a Pet Sparkle kit of pet-safe products for $15.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract on any plan. Pause or cancel whenever you want, and an unused visit becomes credit on your account rather than disappearing.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Gwinnett County, including Lawrenceville, Duluth, Snellville, Norcross, Peachtree Corners, Suwanee, Lilburn, Dacula, Sugar Hill, Grayson, Loganville, Centerville and Rosebud. No travel charge to any area we cover.
Are you insured?
Yes, fully insured on every visit, for both residential and commercial work. We can provide documentation if your building manager asks.
What if I am not happy with the clean?
If you’re not happy with any area we cleaned, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll come back and re-clean it at no charge.
