This page explains what Welcome Sparkles does with your information. It is short because we collect very little and keep even less.

Who we are

Welcome Sparkles is a residential and commercial cleaning business serving Gwinnett County, Georgia. Our website is welcomesparkles.com. You can reach us at help@welcomesparkles.com or on (470) 838-8904.

What we collect

Only what you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, email address, city, the service you want, your home size, how often you want us, and anything you add in the notes.

If you call, text or message us on WhatsApp instead, we have whatever you tell us in that conversation, held in the phone or account you contacted.

What happens to it

A quote request is emailed to us and is not stored on this website. Our form software has no entry storage, so nothing you submit is written into the site’s database — which also means we are not keeping your IP address or browser details. Your message lives in our email inbox, and that is the only copy we hold.

We use it to answer you, quote the job and arrange the visit. Nothing else.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
• We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote.
• We do not run advertising pixels from social networks, and we do not track you across other websites.

Advertising measurement

We advertise on Google, and we need to know which adverts actually lead to a quote request — otherwise we are paying for clicks with no idea which of them were worth anything. To do that this site loads the Google tag, which tells Google when someone who clicked one of our adverts reaches the page you see after sending the form.

What that means in practice:

• Google receives that a conversion happened, along with the usual technical information a browser sends — your IP address, browser and the page you were on. It does not receive what you typed into the form. Your name, phone number, email and notes go only to us, by email.
• It sets cookies in your browser so Google can connect the advert click to the form you sent.
• Google is a separate company and uses that information under its own privacy policy.

If you would rather not be counted, browser settings or an ad blocker will stop it, and nothing about your quote or your cleaning changes as a result. You can also opt out through Google’s ad settings.

Cookies

Two kinds. The basic cookies WordPress and our page cache need to serve pages properly, which do not identify you; and the Google advertising cookies described above. Our web host also keeps standard server logs, as every web host does, which record requests to the site.

Photographs of your home

We photograph the areas we clean before and after each visit and text them to you — we call it SparkleCheck. Those photos are for you.

If we ever want to use one publicly, on this site or anywhere else, we ask you first. Before anything is published we remove identifiable detail — faces, photographs on walls and shelves, names, certificates, notes, documents and anything that would point to who you are or where you live. We do not publish addresses, and we never name a customer.

If a photo of your home is already published and you would like it taken down, email us and we will remove it. You do not have to give a reason.

How long we keep things

Quote emails stay in our inbox so we have a record of what was agreed. Once a job is finished and paid, we have no reason to keep your details, and you are welcome to ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

Email help@welcomesparkles.com and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We will do it. There is no form and no process — just ask.

Children

Our services are booked by adults and this site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If what we do changes, we will change this page and update the date at the top.
