Why we price the way we do
Most cleaning companies start a clock when they walk in, and you find out what it cost when they leave. We price by the size of your home instead, and that price covers the hours a home that size normally needs — an hour and a half for a studio, two for most family homes, three for the largest.
Some homes need longer than their size suggests. When that happens you hear it from us at the door, before we start, once we have looked the place over — not afterwards on an invoice. You decide whether to go ahead. Extra time is $79.99 an hour, and we will never add an hour to your bill without asking you first.
It makes us slower to quote and quicker to be trusted. Every price is published on the pricing page rather than hidden behind a form.
What we will not do
We do not offer carpet cleaning or exterior window washing, and we say so on every page rather than at your front door. Interior windows we will happily do as an add-on. We would rather lose a booking early than waste your afternoon.
We will also tell you when a cheaper service fits better — a one-time clean instead of a plan, a standard clean instead of a deep clean. Being right more often is worth more to us than being paid more once.
The guarantee
It is 24 hours because that is long enough to walk the house properly and short enough that we can still remember the job. It is a re-clean rather than a refund because the point is for you to end up with a clean home.

We are fully insured on every visit. We are based in Gwinnett County and work across it, plus Loganville just over the Walton line and the unincorporated pockets in between — no travel charge to any area we cover, and no pretending to serve half of metro Atlanta from an hour away.
