Standard homes are priced by size, and each price covers the hours that size normally needs. Offices, larger homes and move-outs are quoted, and every quote is free. Everything we charge for is on this page — including what extra time costs, if your home turns out to need it.

A deep clean adds the insides of the oven, fridge and cabinets, behind the appliances, grout, vents and baseboards. Move-out cleans are for empty properties and are priced on condition as much as size.

Contracts run from $0.15/ft²/month for weekly service up to $0.30/ft²/month for five nights a week. A 2,000 ft² office cleaned two to three times a week is roughly $440 a month. See commercial cleaning.
