We can come after you close
Most of our commercial work happens outside business hours. Your staff leave, we clean, and the place is ready before anyone arrives the next morning. No vacuum running through a client call, no wet floor signs in your reception at 2pm.
What a commercial clean covers
- Desks, work surfaces and shared tables wiped down
- Break rooms and kitchens cleaned, including appliance exteriors
- Restrooms cleaned and restocked
- Floors vacuumed, swept and mopped throughout
- Reception and common areas presented for visitors
- Trash and recycling emptied
- High-touch points — door handles, switches, rails — wiped
If your workplace has particular requirements — a secure area, a server room to stay out of, products you want us to use instead of ours — tell us at the quote stage and it goes into the job notes. The EPA’s Safer Choice program is a good reference if your workplace has a policy on cleaning products.
Commercial cleaning prices
One-off commercial visits are priced by the size of the space. These are starting ranges — where a space lands in its range depends on how it is used and what condition it is in.

Cleaning contracts cost less per visit
If you need us regularly, a monthly contract is cheaper than booking single visits repeatedly — and you stop having to get a quote every time.

Contract visits are routine maintenance — frequent, quick, keeping the space consistently presentable. The one-off prices above are for a single full clean with no contract, which is why the per-visit cost drops so much on a contract.
